On 1 January 2026, King V came into effect - bringing outcomes-based disclosure, a standardised Disclosure Framework, and for the first time, explicit board accountability for AI governance. Boards can no longer point to policies; they must produce evidence.
At the same time, AI is reshaping how organisations operate, decide and compete. The boards that thrive will be those that govern with the same intelligence they are being asked to oversee. Celagenix exists for exactly this moment: we are AI-enabled in how we work, so when we advise on AI governance, we speak from experience.

AI strategy and AI assurance
Two AI practices are contracted through Celagenix Corporate and use Celagenix Digital’s tools. StratDash® AI is a five-stage AI strategy sprint that finds where AI actually pays off in a business and ends with a clear first move. Celagenix AI Assurance builds the controls that catch confidently wrong AI output before it reaches a customer, a regulator or a board paper.
Both rest on the same portfolio: the tools come from software Celagenix Digital has built, shipped and runs every day. Two free tools from its Sovereign Idea Execution Framework, ClarityForge and IdeaForge, are open to anyone.
