Governance products that work on their own, and better together.
Our ecosystem brings advisory, software and learning together. Each part works on its own and is being connected to the others. Start where it will help most, and build from there. We also call it GMS.
Modular by design. Connected over time.
Boards already use pieces of governance infrastructure: an evaluation here, a policy there, a course somewhere else. We build each piece to do one job well, and we are connecting them so that findings can travel.
One product, where the need is sharpest
A board evaluation, a POPIA gap, an AI question the board cannot yet answer. You begin with the problem in front of you.
Add what follows, as you need it
Evaluation findings point to training. Training points to policy. We are connecting the products so that each can use what the others find.
Keep your governance work in fewer places
Advice, evidence, reporting and learning, ready for the next cycle and the next disclosure.
Consulting and software, each with its own home.
Each product stands on its own, so you can explore it in depth. Status is shown on each one: some are live, some are in beta and some are still being built.

Every engagement starts with a conversation about the need in front of you, often through a referral from a board we already work with. These are the three starting points we see most often.
Start with one. Add the rest when you need them.
Built by people who govern, and who build.
We build, not just advise.
Celagenix® is an AI-enabled group. We design, build and run our software ourselves, so our advice comes from what we have shipped.
Built to connect.
We design the products so findings can travel from one to the next, and we are doing that work product by product.
Proven and grounded.
Since 2014, across 17 countries, with thousands of board evaluations. Built around King V.
What boards ask.
What is a governance management system?
A governance management system is the set of tools and advice a board uses to govern: how it evaluates itself, how it reports, how it protects personal information, how its directors learn, and where it gets advice. GMS is how Celagenix® names its family of products and advisory for that work.
Do we need every product?
No. Each product stands on its own. Most organisations start with the one that answers their most pressing need, such as a board evaluation, a POPIA gap or an AI governance question, and add others later.
Who are these products for?
Boards and governing bodies, and the people who support them: chairs, directors, trustees, company secretaries, principal officers and executives. That includes listed companies, state-owned enterprises, retirement funds, private and family companies, and residential estates.
Which jurisdictions do the products cover?
Our governance products are built around King V and South African law. Celagenix® works across 17 countries, with offices in Sandton and Pretoria and a satellite office in Gaborone, and Academy modules already cover South Africa, Botswana, Kenya and Uganda. Ask us what applies where you operate.
How do we start?
Talk to us. Most of our clients come to us through a referral or a direct conversation about a specific need. We will recommend the product that makes sense first, and tell you honestly how the others fit.
